Hello and welcome. I am Vinay Easwaran—a Canadian professional whose path has spanned multiple cultures, international borders, and strategic marketing roles before finding its ultimate outlet in graphic novel storytelling.
Kinetic Codex Publications is the realization of a lifelong passion for high-concept sci-fi and uncompromised visual art.
My journey began in Mumbai, India, where I was born before moving to grow up in Bangkok, Thailand. Attending an international school surrounded by 96 different nationalities instilled in me a deep appreciation for diverse perspectives, global cultures, and expansive world-building.
That multicultural foundation expanded further as my academic path took me across continents for university spanning Australia and the United Kingdom. From there, I stepped into the professional world, working in marketing roles across Bangalore, India, before ultimately planting roots in Toronto, Canada, where I live and work today as a dedicated marketer and proud Canadian.
Ever since I can remember, I have been utterly captivated by speculative fiction. Growing up reading legendary runs from DC and Marvel, alongside an endless appetite for sci-fi cinema, thought-provoking movies, and gripping television series, shaped how I view narrative momentum and visual depth.
When it came time to build The Resonant Shift universe, I wanted to channel that lifelong fandom into something entirely independent. By combining strategic marketing discipline with modern AI-assisted visual creation, I've been able to engineer bold stories, striking panel compositions, and immersive sci-fi worlds from the ground up under the Kinetic Codex banner.
